Park Avenue Suits

Studio Appartment & Facilities

They are having a project of its new apartment which going to be launched and i manage to snap some pictures between the old and new interior to show you.

PARK AVENUE SUITS =D

It's located @ UE Sq and that place is very conveniet because it's very near town and city area.

The older and current version.

Living room - olden design

living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. I like the bedroom, it has the hotel feeling.

They have a coldstorage under the apartment @ 2nd story for your grocery convenience. Living there do not have to worry about boredom at night.

Clark Quay is just a road across.

You can party all night, without worrying about getting a transport home or you can have fun and drink with your friends at the party because you don't have to drive home or what so ever. Now you can walk home within 5min from clark quay taxi stand.

How cool is that? And Ladies, normally your feet will hurt like hell after long hours of dancing or long hours wearing your pretty heels and you wish you could get home within mins. Here! you can consider the...

The new appartment shown below, more towards the modern living.

THE ART OF LIVING - i like the interior of its living room, kitchen and the toilet. But not so much of bedroom, i find it rather plain and too simple.

And of other basic lifestyle convenience, there's a cold storage right under the appartment. There's Delifrance too if you're lazy to make you own breakfast And also pedi & medicure @ lvl one. There's a very famous japanese supermarket right opp @ Liang Court and it's a pretty well known jap building for the Japanese in Singapore.

When i was young i used to hang around liang court during my pri school life, my dad always bring me there. I'm always at the toys, piano and bookstore department. I always love to get stationries from there because the stationaries there are exceptionaly unique and CUTE!!!

And whenever my dad bring me there, we have to walk pass the river from the bus stop and i'll pick up a tiny stone from the floor. Me and my bro will challange and see who threw the furthest. haha! And at the same time, it's also some kinda stress release therapy. After throwing the stones in the river, it helps in some form of hw stress =)

Another thing i like about P.A.S is their patio at night.

If planning for a family gathering or barbeque there's a playground next to it, kids can just entertain themselves there.

If not u can go there to chill or adults, can organize some gathering for a drink at the patio too, it's lovely and cooling.

It's darn windy and cooling at night. They have very nice view too!

A few steps down the stairs from where i'm at.. you will see the pool.

It's a very simple pool but it's big enough for practices or lapses practises.

Looking at the pool it's been some time i last had a swim already =(

Wishes to have a swim soon..
